Refunds for monthly subscriptions will only be considered if a written request is received within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period.
Refunds for annual subscriptions will only be considered if a written request is received within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. No refunds will be provided after the 14-day period.
