You must be at least 18 years old to use GoCV. By using the platform, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.
To access certain features of GoCV, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
GoCV provides a smart candidate filtering service to assist companies in selecting candidates based on specific criteria. Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the criteria they use and the selection of candidates.
GoCV integrates with GoCview and GoTest, both affiliated platforms under Eplango LTD. Users can link their GoCV profiles to GoCview for video integration and GoTest for skills assessment. The terms of use for GoCview and GoTest also apply when using these integrated services.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to GoCV, including resumes, videos, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant GoCV and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
GoCV facilitates communication between companies and candidates. Users agree to use the communication features responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. GoCV is not responsible for the content of communications between users.
GoCV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms of Use.
GoCV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of GoCV after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
